2. Exceptions

2.1. Completed 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Refunds do not apply to coaching sessions that have already been delivered. However, if you purchased a package and are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the package within 14 days.

2.2. Live Group Programs

For multi-week or group coaching programs, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your enrollment as long as the program hasn’t progressed beyond 25% of its content or calendar timeline.
